Production

MFZ offers Apparel Production and Manufacturing Services out of our garment factory based in the Free Zone area of the city of Ismailia, Ismailia Governorate west of Cairo. Our head office is centrally located in beautiful Downtown Cairo.

Our company is a boutique apparel manufacturing and production house, offering only the highest quality output  where we not only meet but exceed all Federal regulations on environmental issues, workers rights and safety.

MFZ is among the top cut and sew manufacturers in Cairo. We utilize the only the latest in equipment and technologies in an effort to meet time sensitive projects with the highest quality.  As an apparel cut and sew manufacturer Our total services also includes finishing services including sewing all garment labels, affixing hang-tags, and final packaging (in ready to ship condition to retail outlets or to end consumers).  As a boutique garment factory, MFZ has the internal resources and capabilities to help launch new brands and collections, while meeting mission critical deadlines.




Our Factory

Textile manufacturing has been a tradition in our family for three generations. We knit our own fabric, we cut, sew, print, pack, and ship our products from our family owned and operated facilities in Ismailia’s free zone in the Governorate of Ismailia, Egypt. Our factories are a short 50-minute drive from Cairo International airport.
Our production setup is based on client’s needs and varies from traditional seasonal deliveries and stock programs, to monthly deliveries, fast-to-market styles, and capsule collections.
Product Range: while we can produce any type of a sewn-products, we are specialized in knit wear categories such as T-shirts, Sweatshirts & Hoodies, Intimate wear, bedding, Athletic wear/Yoga, Athleisure, Knit dresses,… etc.
 
Capacity Planning: With flexible production capabilities, we create custom capacity for each client based on their specific needs and projected delivery dates.
 
Turnaround Time: our standard turnaround time is 8 weeks, from PO received date to Ex-Factory. Shorter turn times can be created based on customer commitments and setting up special programs.
 
Product development/Sampling: we have an experienced team of product developers, pattern makers, and samples sewers. With close collaboration with our clients, results in shorter development time and higher product quality while meeting their costing goals.
 
Quality Assurance:
We have developed multifaceted quality control processes at every stage of production. Every single unit is inspected followed by a final audit by certified auditors.
 
Customer Service: We tailor our customer service for each client to meet and exceed their expectation. With timely responses, updates and WIP reports, we reduce the number of emails and phone calls and eliminate the need for repeat follow ups.

INFRASTRUCTURE

The factory can easily produce or exceed 200,000 garments per month.

Our infrastructure constitutes of multiple manufacturing units.Our machinery is constantly upgraded as per market standards. Stitching is a crucial stage in the assembly of any garment. MFZ has its own extensive stitching facility which is helmed by a staff comprising of trained professionals such as Production Planners and Quality Assurance Managers. Our in-house laundry units is equipped with machinery and technicians to cater to various washes such as Softeners, Enzyme finishes, Stone wash, Aero wash and Golf ball wash. The washing technicians take extra care to ensure that the hand-feel is maintained as per the client’s requirement. MFZ has a vast capacity for finishing and packing of garments,  providing ironed, hanger, stand pack, flat pack and crinkle packing.

 

 

We are a full-package clothing manufacture and produce our garments in qualified factories. Our production managers supervise the entire production process to make sure you get your goods in the right quality at the right time. We will always keep you updated!

Knitting

Sewing

Having several production halls, each dedicated exclusively to one direct client, allows time efficiency and planning to facilitate the production process, thus leading to an output of over 1.2 million units per month.

Embroidery

Tajima 12 machines ranging from 9, 12, and 15 colors. (with sequins options) Fabulous Sportswear has the capacity of embroidering up to 12,000 pieces daily.

Cutting

A centralized cutting area allows for easy input and output of fabric from the warehouse with efficient distribution to production.

Printing

Having both digital and piece printing machines, gives Fabulous Sportswear the capability of printing over 12,000 pieces a day.

Packing

Fabulous Sportswear offers its clients two methods of shipping its garments, either flat-packed or in hanging containers.
